Welcoming our valued member Michel to the chamber
Justin Michel is an educator, community leader, and higher education professional dedicated to empowering students through education, mentorship, and career development. As a Community Relations Coordinator for Keiser University, he works closely with Southwest Florida (SWFL) schools, community organizations, and educational partners to connect students with opportunities that support their academic, personal, and professional growth.
A proud graduate of Dunbar High School, Justin was born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, and remains deeply committed to serving the community that helped shape him. He is also a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, Class of 2023 — Hail Wildcats — where he further developed his passion for leadership, service, and student success. He recently completed his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Keiser University, strengthening his commitment to advancing education and expanding opportunities for students.
His work focuses on building meaningful relationships with students, families, educators, and community stakeholders while promoting access to higher education and workforce development opportunities across Southwest Florida.
Justin’s academic and professional interests center on postsecondary enrollment, student success, and educational equity. His work reflects a strong commitment to understanding and improving the pathways that guide students from high school to college and career readiness.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Justin is an active member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated, Nu Mu Sigma Chapter, where he is committed to the fraternity’s principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. Through mentorship, community engagement, and youth development initiatives, he strives to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people throughout Southwest Florida.
Justin is passionate about educational access, student advocacy, leadership development, and creating opportunities that help individuals reach their full potential. Through his work in higher education and community engagement, he remains dedicated to inspiring the next generation of leaders and helping students successfully navigate their journey toward college and beyond.
