ICYMI: Florida has obtained an arrest warrant for former Cuban leader Raúl Castro over his alleged role in the 1996 shootdown of two civilian planes operated by Brothers to the Rescue, which killed four men.

Attorney General James Uthmeier says the state does not plan to immediately take Castro into custody, but the warrant could restrict his international travel.
