Thank you to everyone that supports us. This was the bill I paid today. 😵‍💫🥺🙏 appreciate everyone’s support and contributions. It’s never ending but I remain grateful to be able to help these babies as much as I can 💗

My heart is so broken 💔 I had to say goodbye to our favorite goat girl “Callie” this morning. We don’t know what took her life but when I went to do the morning feeding she had passed away overnight. She hadn’t been acting herself and had a follow up vet appointment today at 1pm… an apt I had to cancel after all 😭 My brother helped me load her body into my truck and she will be receiving a necropsy to determine her cause of death and to ensure it isn’t something that the rest of my rescue babies could catch. I know these type of things come with with the territory of running an animal sanctuary but people don’t realize how bonded and close you become with these special beings and it rips your heart out when something happens to them.

🌸Callie🌸, my sweet girl…. I will look back on videos and pictures of you forever and remember your sassy attitude and gentle eyes. I think Timmy is going to miss you the most 💔😭

We have had a large amount of vet bills over the past few months and feed cost is ever rising… and now the necropsy….so if there was ever a time to help out the sanctuary it would be now 🙏 thank you all so much for your continued support.

💉❤️‍🩹👩‍⚕️ Yesterday was surgery and wellness day at the sanctuary!

Fabio had his neuter surgery (since he’s so feral and hard to contain we had to schedule the surgery here at the farm) surgery went well and he’s active today, healing nicely 🫶

Callie, Timmy, & Fabio all had their hooves trimmed and received their dewormer. 💗

Grateful to our supporters & friends who came to play! Thank you to The Standard at Page Field Commons, The Standard- Downtown Fort Myers , Alyssa Lemay, Melissa Genovese, Swfl Vendors For A Cause for two back to back nights of fundraisers for our furry residents here at the sanctuary! 🫶🙏

Every few weeks we have to stock up on hay, feed, straw, and shavings to keep the permanent residents fed, clean, comfortable & happy. The bill is usually a few hundred dollars… I always hate to ask for donations because there are so many rescues struggling and in need of help, I usually come out of pocket or just make due with our limited reserves which will eventually run out. I would like to invite our supporters to attend one of our fundraising events next week or donate through the link in this post to help us out this month 🙏🫶💗
