I can’t stop that smile,
that creeps up my face.
It stays there for a while,

When I look at you,

All that I can see,

The best way to deal with life sometimes is to just make a nest of soft blankets on your bed and curl up with a good book. Reading heals everything. Escape into a world of your own. If you don't have a book to curl up with, why not try writing your own?

To anyone who wants to be a writer, never give up on your dream. It takes a lot of effort, but keep writing. Right before break I entered a contest through the world poetry foundation and I ended up being a semi-finalist ok the national poetry contest. They are also going to publish my poem in a book called stars in our hearts. It took me a while, but I am finally starting to get my poetry recognized on a higher level, and not just online. I know that if you keep working at it without giving up on your dreams that you can do it too.:) don't ever give up on yourself.

If you know people who are younger, like little sibblings or other family members, inspire them to use their imagination and to be creative. I always try to inspire people to use their imagination, but the ones with biggest imagination are the young. I always tell my little sister to dream and to express herself, and then one day she posted a very beautiful poem on my Facebook wall out of the blue. It's amazing what children can come up with, and i am glad she was able to share her work with me.

Is anybody excited for the Hunger Games movie to come out?! Who has read the book? It is very good for any writer to take some time to read a little. It broadens your mind, helps you to imagine characters and worlds that come from minds other than your own.:) it also opens you up to a world of many different writing styles. Because I have never read two authors who have the exact same style of writing. Everyone is unique, and suzanne Collins has done a great job of showing that with her series.

Good morning everyone, I am so excited to get up soon and start my day.:) sometimes when I wake up, and I am laying here unable to get back to sleep it is the perfect time to think about things I might right about.:) so if you are one of those people who has those moments where they just lay there, imagine and have an open mind while you lay there thinking. Don't let your ideas go to waste either. Later, take some time to get them down on paper.
