📣 Are you ready SWFL?

📚 As our community prepares for the upcoming school year, Leonardo Garcia, along with our incredible Big Backpack Event committee and generous community partners are stepping up to ensure our students have the tools they need to succeed.

🎒This year, the Big Back Pack Event is proud to be donating over 2,000 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to local children.

To keep things convenient and safe for everyone, this will be a drive-thru event. Parents and guardians, simply drive up with your children to receive their supplies!

🗓️ Event Details:
- Date: Sunday, July 26th
- Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Format: Drive-thru pickup (Children must be present in the vehicle to receive a backpack).

We hope to see our vibrant Southwest Florida community come out to support this initiative. Please share this post and help us spread the word to any local families and kids who can benefit from this wonderful opportunity!

🌟 What a fantastic afternoon at our July SHRM Southwest Florida luncheon!

A big thank you to for delivering an engaging and thought-provoking presentation on Leadership Truth Bombs.

Today's discussion challenged us to think about leadership in a real and authentic way. From embracing accountability to navigating difficult conversations, Indie shared insights that resonated with HR professionals and business leaders alike.

We're grateful to everyone who joined us, shared ideas, and contributed to the great conversations and networking that make our SHRM SWFL events so valuable. It's always inspiring to see our HR community come together to learn, connect, and grow.
