The summer nights are here, and they won’t always be pleasant. But without fail, rain or shine, heat or cold, we will be there to serve our friends.
Thank you, Gene and Andrew, for serving a wonderful meal of stuffed peppers, mac & cheese to 72 friends this evening. We appreciate you so much!
Preston, thank you for always showing up and getting it done. Whatever the task may be, you’re there to see it through, and we are grateful for you!

Tonight, we served 62 friends a warm meal of pork, broccoli, and rice, along with chicken and vegetable stroganoff. We were so happy to have our college student, Matt, along with his sweet girlfriend, Sarah, join us. We are so encouraged when we see our young people stepping up, wanting to serve their community. This evening brought both familiar faces and a few new ones. It reminded us again how quickly circumstances can change in a person's life. What brings comfort is knowing that on Monday nights, they can count on being welcomed. They will be greeted with kindness, seen with dignity, and served not only a generous portion of food but also an even greater portion of compassion. On this Memorial Day we remember and honor those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice. In our small way, we remain grateful for the opportunity to serve others in return. Good news: the only one screaming last night was the cat 🐈‍⬛…everyone else was chill! It was pizza and cupcake night for 76, served with a bit of sass and a lot of love.

A couple weeks ago one of us opened a Chinese fortune cookie with this message and we’ve found it to be true - how our Mondays go is pretty much how our week goes. So fair warning, there’s some sass and love coming your way. Join us, create a week that’s positive!
