It’s pantry day today!

Come pick up a FREE load of groceries for you and your household at 4141 Deleon St. in Fort Myers anytime from 9 am to noon.

Just drive up, open the trunks of your car and pantry volunteers will start loading in food supplies!

It’s pantry week!

On the first and third Fridays of each month, the Wesley Community Food Pantry distributes food supplies from 9 am to noon at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. Pantry visitors simply drive up, open the trunks of their cars and pantry volunteers will start loading in food supplies! The only question asked is the number of individuals in the household.

If you or your family are facing food insecurity, the Wesley Community Food Pantry is here for you. The pantry has served thousands of meals since opening its doors in SWFL just over two years ago!

It’s Pantry Day this Friday!

At our very first distribution we served 26 families and gave out 41 bags.

Last month’s second distribution (right before Thanksgiving!), we served 113 families and gave out 199 bags.

We praise God for enabling us to have a tangible impact in our community!

Yesterday, our team packed 170 packages of food supplies in just under two hours! Wesley Community Food Pantry is ready for tomorrow’s distribution.

Thank you to Engineering Consultant Services for helping us gear up for day this Friday! CJ and Josie stopped by to drop off 57 cartons of water for our distribution.

⏰NEW HOURS⏰

The Wesley Community Food Pantry is continually striving to make its itself an accessible resource for those in our community who may be having a hard time putting enough food on the table. To this end, we have adjusted our food distribution hours to begin earlier at 9:00 a.m. the first and third Fridays of each month.

This means that THIS Friday we will be opening at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open until noon.

To date, the Wesley Community Food Pantry has served more than 2,800 families in the Southwest Florida area.

As our two year anniversary approaches, we remain committed to standing in the gap for families and individuals facing food insecurity.

Just pull up, pop open the trunk of your car and a volunteer will deliver a three-day supply of groceries for you and your household. No questions asked.

As of last Friday's distribution, the Wesley Community Food Pantry has distributed 3,187 food packages to families in Southwest Florida. This ministry was started in October 2020 and regularly serves around 100 families per month.

As Lynn Lee, the pantry's volunteer coordinator, says: "The old adage of 'there's no 'I' in team,' or 'it takes a village,' are no more appropriate than being involved in a successful food bank."

We would not be able to serve Southwest Florida without our amazing volunteers and community partners!
