With the City of Palms Park coming down and a new multi-sports facility potentially being built in the We have an amazing opportunity to reimagine the heart of our community.

A anchored by the new Fieldhouse on one end and the Caloosahatchee Riverwalk on the other would allow people to gather, interact, and move freely through Midtown and Downtown. Benefits include:

- Safer environment by removing vehicles.
- Greater potential by increasing foot traffic.
- Encourage Social Interaction with new gathering space.
- Promoting Physical Activity
- Decreased Stress on the local road infrastructure
