We’re in northern Kurdistan for our 2nd 3‑day conflict training with local Kurds who face neighboring aggression.

Yesterday we reviewed hands‑on CPR and airway care. We distributed BVMs and oral airways where needed and gave every trainee an IFAK kit, in partnership with Whole Heart International.

We prayed and shared the peace of the Holy Spirit in tense situations, and had deep, meaningful conversations with believers and curious skeptics who opened up to us after we earned their trust.

We feel God’s favor and your prayers with us. Thank you to our partners who make this possible.

Happy Pentecost! The Holy Spirit was poured out not simply to give us warm feelings but to give us power to be witnesses to the nations, just as Acts 1:8 and Acts 2 show the Spirit going straight to the nations.

At CRI, we see that power as word, deed, and Spirit-led signs and wonders. So we preach the gospel, we live it the best we can, and we demonstrate it in places of crisis where people are asking big questions.

What a day at Song House in Goodlettsville, TN, this past Saturday.

Volunteers & CRI Responders came ready to work, and God multiplied their efforts as crews cleared down trees, and brought real progress to the property after the tornado.

We’re grateful for every person who showed up to serve and showed how Tennessee is the VOLUNTEER state!
