🎶 Along with great barbecue food, we are joined by The Back Roads Quartet again this year for live music! 🎤

The Back Roads Quartet is a relatively new band of veteran local musicians, which proves that older dogs, and younger pups can learn new tricks.

The young Baby Boomers, Charles Bradford, Kevin Duncans (both from York) and Peter Gates (Rock Hill) are joined by even younger Lynn Scoggins (Rock Hill). All of them have been lifelong musical performers, the combination of which results in an eclectic fusion of the bluegrass, Americana, old country and classic rock genres. The mixture of guitar, mandolin and bass instruments, along with three and four part vocal harmonies takes you back through the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and all the way to the present. If you come to hear the band, be ready for anything from Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, the Beatles, Linda Ronstadt, Rhonda Vincent, John Prine, John Hartford, Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, all the way to Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle and many others.
