Lightning strikes during practice made us run for cover but we took advantage of the time to work on "off the bike" exercises.

A few of our coaches and athletes will be riding at 9:30! We'd love to see some new faces! Come meet the team, ride with us, and then check out the demo bikes afterwards!

This is for any athlete that will be in 5th grade or higher next fall! And parents and guardians are also welcome to sign a waiver and ride with us as well!

It will be a blast!

Please bring a bike in working condition, a helmet, and a water bottle. Have questions? Feel free to reach out! See you on the trails!
