After raising support and being prayerfully commissioned and sent by their loving church family, Atul, Maritza, and their children have officially moved to Peru. As they settle into this new chapter, please join us in lifting them up as they step out in faith.

Pray for wisdom, patience, and inspiration for Atul as he steps into his role teaching middle schoolers at SAM Academy, that his classroom would be a place of joy, encouragement, and spiritual growth. Please also pray for fruitful, deep relationships with students, staff, and the local community, as well as peace, comfort, and a smooth transition for Maritza and the kids as they navigate daily life in Peru.

What a blessed week at camp with Impacto, a ministry bringing joy, community, and Bible teaching to senior citizens in Pucallpa, Peru! A particularly special highlight was when leaders washed the 31 campers' feet to honor them, and everyone shared in the excitement when the underdog team came away with the win. Two ladies, Dora and Lina, accepted the Lord as their Savior!

Please join in praying for Dora and Lina as they grow in their new faith, and that all the campers experience Christ’s love. Please also pray for wisdom for the Impacto leadership team as they seek new ways to serve and honor the "abuelitos."

Please pray for lasting fruit from the first International AMEI (Indigenous Women’s Conference) hosted in Colombia! This historic gathering brought together 30 Indigenous Christian women from 17 ethnic groups across Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Paraguay to launch a first-of-its-kind association. Please pray for wisdom, unity, and protection over these leaders as they build stronger cross-border relationships, disciple their communities, and work toward a thriving Indigenous Church throughout the Amazon.

On August 10, a 7.4 earthquake struck Colombia, leaving widespread damage and thousands of people in urgent need of relief, prayer, and support. Just 50 km from the epicenter, the Waunaan community of Buena Vista in Chocó was hit particularly hard. The Wájaro Foundation is walking alongside Trino Chamara and his son Brigadier, displaced Waunaan leaders living near Bogotá. They are embarking on an arduous three-day journey by taxi, bus, and boat back to Buena Vista to bring relief to their home community.

Together with United Church of Bogotá and 24/7 Prayer, Wájaro has raised funds to assist with reconstruction efforts. Trino and Brigadier are bringing both humanitarian aid and the gospel back to the very community they once had to flee due to violence. Please pray for safety on their long journey, wisdom in purchasing and distributing roofing materials, and open hearts as they share the hope of Jesus.
