🚀🕺 Blast from the Past at Camporee🕺🚀

This weekend’s Back to the Past Spring Camporee was one for the history books! With the help of Doc and Marty McScout, we didn’t just camp—we time traveled through decades of fun, adventure, and unforgettable moments.

One of the absolute highlights? An epic Thriller-style dance-off led by our very own Athletics Merit Badge Counselor Matt G! Scouts gathered around as the music hit, and suddenly we were transported straight into the 80s with some seriously impressive moves and a whole lot of laughter.

From retro games at Digitql Tech to classic aviation and camp skits with a twist, every moment was packed with energy, teamwork, and just the right amount of time-travel chaos.

If this weekend proved anything, it’s that Scouting + imagination = an unbeatable adventure.

Our time machine is full and we’re getting ready to go Back to the Past at Sinoquipe Scout Reservation for an unforgettable Back to the Future–themed Camporee!

Scouts will be traveling through the decades, taking on hands-on challenges, and experiencing the adventure, teamwork, and fun that make Camporee weekends legendary.

On behalf of everyone at Sinoquipe Scout Reservation, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible leaders who joined us for CST #12!

Your enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to growing as Scout leaders made this session truly special. It was inspiring to see so many of you come together—sharing knowledge, building skills, and strengthening the spirit of Scouting through fellowship and fun.

You brought energy to every training, meaning to every conversation, and left a lasting impact on camp. We are grateful to have been part of your journey and can’t wait to see how you take what you’ve learned back to your units and communities.

Hello Summer Camp Leaders!

I hope you’re all doing well as we gear up for an exciting summer camp season!

You’re invited to join a Google Meet where we’ll go over important information to help you and your unit prepare for camp. We’ll cover merit badge signups, Black Pug, key updates, timelines, program highlights, and answer any questions you may have to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone.

Whether you’re a seasoned leader or attending camp for the first time, this meeting will be a great opportunity to get prepared and stay informed.

If you’re unable to attend, we’ll be happy to share notes afterward—just let me know.

Thanks for everything you do to make camp such a great experience for our Scouts. Looking forward to seeing you there!
