The school year is coming up quick!

Between inflation costs and long lists of school supplies, it can get overwhelming trying to get your kids ready for the school year, let alone fed.

We're partnering with other churches and organizations in the community to make sure your kids are set up to start the school year off right!

We're handing out free backpacks with school supplies, as well as boxes of food and other freebies at Waynesville High School August 13, from 9AM-1PM. Spread the word and help us meet this need in our community!

Attention all NIA Raffle participants and ticket holders!!

We have extended our raffle into the month of June. Our drawing will be held on 1 July, 2022.

But wait….

All ticket holders are officially included in a ticket selling contest. The member that sells the MOST tickets will win two tickets to a Anheuser Busch BeerMaster Tour in St. Louis, MO. In this tour you will get to experience the following:
-Free Anheuser Hat
- Visit to the Clydesdale Paddock and Stables
-The Beechwood aging cellars
-The Brewhouse
-The Historic Old Lyon School House Museum
-The Bevo Packing Facility…AND!!
- The Finishing cellar to fill up a free glass of beer straight from the finishing tank.

The Big Free is an event designed to give back to the community. There will be a Freebie Fair, drawings and giveaways, PLUS a free comedy show featuring stand-up comedian Jaron Myers!! 🤯 So. Much. Free. Stuff.

Here’s some pictures of tonight’s meeting. We started our raffle fundraiser tonight for a 300.00 gift card to bow and barrel ( 1 for 10, 3 for 20). We also discuss ways ahead with other possible fundraisers. We ended the night with Jamie Carpenter and First Command - St Robert, MO giving us a class on the Blended retirement system and the High 3. Thank you so much for providing a place and food for the meeting.

So here’s some pictures of Tonight’s meeting and we got to see our own president get inducted to the Order of the Saint Maurice by former president and one of the founding members of the chapter, Robert sepulveda Thank you First Command - St Robert, MO and Jamie Carpenter and CSM Delapena being there tonight. And thank you for all the other members for coming!!

So we were privileged and honored to be able to award Jack Purcell his OSM tonight!!! He’s has been a major contributor to this chapter as the secretary and now the Vice-president. We were also honored by having the MSCOE CSM Delapena and our Infantry School and component CSM Gunn who awarded Jack his OSM. Thank you CSM Delapena and CSM Gunn For attending our meeting . Thank you all for coming out to the meeting and we hope we have more show come.
