As my three-year term as President of the Crater Silver Chapter comes to a close, my heart is full of gratitude. Serving in this role has been an honor that challenged me, strengthened me, and continually reminded me of the power of community, shared purpose, and what it means to be an IMPACTFUL Warrant Officer.

Together, we made a meaningful impact — growing our chapter, mentoring others, supporting professional development, and giving back through service. These accomplishments reflect the dedication, teamwork, and heart of an incredible group I’m proud to call family.

I’m especially humbled to have served as the first TC President (882A); a milestone that makes this journey even more meaningful. And how special it was to close the loop at my final meeting by having some of the 882A WOBC students in the room — a full-circle moment that reminded me why we serve, lead, and invest in those coming behind us.

While my time as President comes to an end, I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting the chapter as the Chapter Liaison at Large and PAO, where I look forward to staying connected, sharing our story, and contributing to the chapter’s continued growth and impact.

I leave this role filled with emotion (and yes, a few tears), because this chapter has given so much to me and my family. Thank you for your trust, your support, and for helping me grow into a better officer and a better person. I’m proud of what we built together and deeply grateful for the relationships and lessons that will stay with me well beyond this role.

🎄 Merry Christmas from the Crater Silver Chapter WOA 🎄

Today our hearts are full as we know that we made a difference for so many children waking up to gifts under their trees. Holiday Helper 2025 was a huge success and a truly heartwarming experience. The joy, relief, and gratitude on the faces of our Service Members were absolutely priceless.

A special thank you to the Warrant Officers of the Crater Silver Chapter who stepped up in a big way—volunteering to collect toys from multiple locations and dedicating countless hours to setup, teardown, and serving as our very own “Shopping Elves” and “Wrapping Elves.” Because of this incredible teamwork, we were able to support over 500 children across two shopping days.

For those who may not be familiar, the Holiday Helper Association exists to make the holiday season memorable for wounded warriors, Gold Star Families, and nominated military families facing challenging times. Families shop free of charge at the Fort Lee Holiday Helper Toy Store, receiving not only toys, but also food gift cards for family meals, stocking stuffers, hats and mittens, homemade infant blankets, books, puzzles, car seats, computers, laptops, and so much more.

This is what service looks like in action.
