We could think of no better group activity for our dearest daughters at the Noor Girls’ Orphanage.

They absolutely love it.

And we love how this sport is empowering our young women to connect with their bodies and lead from a place of strength.

👉 According to and , 1 in 3 people do not have access to clean drinking water.

👉 BioMed Research International (2017) declared that about 20% of the whole population of Pakistan has access to safe drinking water.

The remaining 80% is forced to use unsafe drinking water due to the scarcity of safe and healthy drinking water sources.

These aren't empty stats. And this isn't about the privilege of having clean water to drink. It's about survival.

👉 In Pakistan, waterborne diseases like typhoid, giardiasis, intestinal worms, diarrhea, cryptosporidium infections, and gastroenteritis are born out of this shortage of clean water.

Infant deaths caused by water-related diarrhea are 60% in Pakistan according to .org, which is the highest ratio in Asia.

👉 Children living in protracted conflicts are three times more likely to die from water-related diseases than from violence –

We're here to change the narrative. But we cannot do this alone.
