Nonprofit leaders spend so much of their time investing in everyone else; our staff, our boards, our programs, our communities and the people we serve. But effective leadership requires us to continually invest in ourselves, too.

The nonprofit sector is changing quickly. The challenges we face today require leaders who are willing to keep learning, questioning what they know, developing new skills and making space to think beyond the day-to-day demands of running an organization.

That’s why the Nonprofit Executive Alliance makes leadership development a priority through initiatives like our Nonprofit Development Leadership Series where we are creating opportunities for nonprofit leaders to learn from experts, exchange ideas with peers and take away practical strategies they can put to work immediately.
