We are especially proud to recognize our NEA members who successfully completed the program, including Urban League of Broward County, Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, Meals on Wheels South Florida, Deliver the Dream.

Led by Carla Harris, CEO The People Institute and an NEA Preferred Partner, the FutureStrong program helps nonprofit leaders prepare for leadership transitions, strengthen organizational sustainability, and build a foundation for long-term success.

Our CEO, Rixys Alfonso was honored to attend the FutureStrong Succession Planning Program Celebration and join fellow nonprofit leaders in recognizing this important milestone.

Today we were honored to welcome our Board Members, members, funders, and community partners for our Annual Membership Meeting, in partnership with Philanthropy Miami.
