Recently I was told that people who struggle with depression &/or suicidal ideations, do not have time for social media.

I’m here to tell you THATS A LIE!!!
People who suffer don’t have a specific look or sound, it’s not specific to one race or creed.

This is true for ME & so many others i know. Don’t allow anyone to invalidate your feelings or allow you to feel like you have to LOOK or BEHAVE a certain way to β€œqualify”.
You are NOT alone!!
