Finished off an incredible week at with the awesome team from . Chef Efrem prepared a tasting of pork belly and involved my Intro students in plate up. The tasting was delicious and our students were super excited to hear from the Bloomin leadership team!

Sooooo, the has been an awesome week of food and wine benefiting our students. They have all had a fabulous week getting a once in a lifetime experience!! The guys are back after an extended holiday break. We are ready for a great year! There is no better way to start this season than with a great guest who just so happens to be our friend and colleague: Chef Kimberly Brock Brown. Chef discusses her Midwest upbringing, the benefits of culinary school as well as the benefits of networking. Chef Brown shares her career growth from working in hotels, country clubs, consulting, and television work, to her recent election to be President of The American Culinary Federation(ACF). We are working with San Ignacio University's Capstone Class of 2018 to assist with their Holiday Tasting event on Tuesday December 18th in Doral at the school 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Below, please find the link to purchase tickets to attend the event. You may use the student for an additional 20% off your entry ticket price.

They will have great food for a great cause...with the proceeds benefiting our Chapter!!!!

End of year gathering
