Men’s mental health is important because mental wellness affects every aspect of life—family, relationships, work, physical health, and overall quality of life. Too often, men feel pressure to stay silent about stress, anxiety, depression, or emotional struggles. This can lead to isolation, substance abuse, health problems, and difficulty seeking help when it is needed most.
