What happens when big ideas meet bold creativity? 💡🇨🇦

During our Mission of a Lifetime in Toronto, our Israel Heart2Heart heroes enjoyed an inspiring Lunch & Learn with Elliot Cohen and the Kubik team.

We toured the warehouse, saw incredible projects come to life, and discovered how bold thinking can turn ideas into immersive experiences.

Thank you, Elliot and Kubik, for opening your doors and inspiring our heroes to imagine new possibilities for their next chapter. ❤️🇮🇱🇨🇦

At Israel Heart2Heart, we love starting our mornings together with movement, breath, and a moment to reset. 🧘‍♂️💙

For those carrying the weight of trauma and PTSD, practices like yoga can support nervous system regulation, ease stress, and create space to reconnect with the body.

Healing isn’t only about what we talk through. Sometimes, it begins with simply breathing, moving, and being together.
