At Israel Heart2Heart, we love starting our mornings together with movement, breath, and a moment to reset. 🧘‍♂️💙

For those carrying the weight of trauma and PTSD, practices like yoga can support nervous system regulation, ease stress, and create space to reconnect with the body.

Healing isn’t only about what we talk through. Sometimes, it begins with simply breathing, moving, and being together.
