(back in June of 2013)

Don't forget the story was the bartender/waiter was trying to force the patron to pay for a lot of things he never ordered and then they attacked him when he tried to leave. Apparently they had done this several times.

Does anyone have any additional insight into this incident? What transpired before the video began? A longer version of the video would be great.

Do you think the bouncers (again) went too far, regardless of what the situation was? Any attorneys or police care to chime in here on the legal side of this behavior?
