Our gorgeous Apollo is only 3 years old, but sadly, he has already lost both of his owners to cancer. 💔

This big, handsome boy has been through more heartbreak than any dog should have to endure. Now, he needs a soft spot to land and a family who will show him that life can be good again.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that ROSCOE has found his furever family! ❤️

Roscoe’s adopters were new to the Doberman breed, so they trusted DRL to help find the perfect Dobie to fit their lifestyle. After getting to know them, we chose ROSCOE—and when they came down to meet him, we knew we had made the right match. 🥰

Roscoe was so happy and grateful to go home with his new Mom and Dad and begin this exciting new chapter. He is now affectionately known as ROSCOE DASH and is loving life! 🏡❤️

🚨 OK FOLKS… REX REALLY NEEDS YOUR HELP! 🚨

How has this handsome 3–4-year-old blue Doberman been overlooked for almost 18 MONTHS? 💙

REX is more than ready to finally GO HOME! 🏡

He may take a little time to warm up to someone new, but once you earn his trust, you’ll discover the ultimate Velcro Dobie who simply wants to be by his person’s side. ❤️

REX loves his walks with our volunteers and absolutely LOVES office time, where he gets to play with all the toys. 🎾

Like many Dobermans, REX takes his job as a protector seriously. He wants to protect his home and his person with everything he’s got. If you’re looking for a loyal companion, devoted best friend, and natural protector, REX may be your boy!

With proper introductions, REX does well with calm female dogs, or he would be perfectly happy being the one and only king of his castle. 👑

He would do best with an adopter who understands Dobermans and has experience with guardian breeds.

🐾❤️ COWBOY IS READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME! ❤️🐾

Our sweet 3-year-old COWBOY has made an incredible recovery from his medical problems and is now ready to find the loving forever family he deserves! 🏡❤️

Cowboy’s old injury does not faze him and does not cause him any problems.

He has an unusual old injury to his p***s, and unfortunately, we don’t know exactly what happened to him or when. Because of the damage, Cowboy had a PU (perineal urethrostomy/scrotal urethrostomy), a permanent surgical procedure that created a new, wider opening in his urethra so he can urinate properly while bypassing the damaged area.

Despite everything this sweet boy has been through, Cowboy is just happy to be loved and living his best life! ❤️ He is ready to put his past behind him and start the next chapter with a family who will cherish him for the amazing Doberman he is.

Now all he needs is YOU! 🐾❤️

Meet CREED, a gorgeous 4-year-old, 100-pound Doberman who is ready to find the forever family he deserves! 🐾

This big boy has a wonderful temperament and is friendly, playful, and loving with everyone he meets. His previous owner worked long hours and felt it wasn’t fair to keep Creed cooped up in an apartment all day, so he entrusted us with finding Creed the perfect home. ❤️

✨ Here’s what makes CREED so special:
🐾 House-trained and walks well on a leash
🐾 Friendly and playful with people
🐾 Good with children — we recommend kids ages 10+ due to his size
🐾 Has training both on and off leash
🐾 Ready to be a loyal, loving companion

Like many Dobies, Creed is afraid of thunder and will appreciate a family who can comfort him during storms. ⛈️

We don’t yet know how he is with cats or other dogs. He appears relatively nonreactive to the dogs around him at the rescue, but he hasn’t had direct dog-to-dog introductions yet as he recovers from his recent neuter.

CREED is a fantastic Doberman with so much love to give. This big, beautiful boy deserves a family to call his own — a home where he won’t spend his days alone, but will be included in life’s everyday adventures. ❤️

His first owner passed away, and his owner’s wife was unable to keep him. Now, due to his current owner’s declining health, Apollo finds himself looking for a new home once again. At just 3 years old, this handsome boy deserves stability, security, and a family who will love him for the rest of his life. ❤️

The good news? Apollo is a beautiful, very obedient boy who already knows lots of commands! He has so much to offer the right family, and we are determined to help him find the forever home he deserves. 🐾

He loves splashing around in the pool, relaxing with his favorite humans, and showing off his smarts. DONATELLO has found his most amazing furever home! After recently losing his beloved Doberman, his new Dad was ready to open his heart and home to another special soul and welcome some Dobie love and antics back into his life.

The moment he and his adult daughter came to meet DONATELLO, it was LOVE AT FIRST MEET! 🥰 Donatello couldn’t wait to go home with his new family, and he has settled right into his new life, completely Velcroed to his Dad’s side!
