2025 Saw the completion of all BVA roofs inspected, repaired, cleaned, prepped and sealed with a superior roof coating that reflects so much of the sun's rays that the surface temperature never exceeds 105 degrees!

- 12 MHs of bonding primer

It was a day of days at BVA as a team of volunteers rallied and completed all the prep ( washing, scraping loose materials, scrubbing with commercial bleach, and drying before applying the primer.) and applying 2 coats of liquid rubber roofing to the utility building. A job well done!

A noisy Saturday but one long anticipated as we see a bountiful crop of coconuts get removed and the palms trimmed.
