Weston's Words
"Words of Wisdom from Weston"

Bring peace into your heart. You deserve to be operating with a blessing that follows you wherever you go. Animals, nature prayer, body work, meditation, music, doing inner work, and community will help you to attain this peace. Trust yourself and actually do things that bring you joy as well as being healthy for you.. This is where the challenge begins. You have been using things that bring you temporary comfort but actually hurt you. Using spare time on Facebook or watching news is not going to help. Eating food that will later make you feel bad, does not help. Talking about it with a friend, just to justify your poor behavior does not help.
The helpful ways are going for a walk, exercise, read a book, pray, meditate listen to music, call a friend for a positive conversation or help with an energy change. Plan a couple of hours on your weekend to do something fun. You deserve to feel great! Make a list of things that will bring personal joy and keep it where you can see it. Try to do several things each day.

Weston's Story
I had to laugh when I read Weston's message about spending quality time with animals. A few weeks ago, I was thrilled to share my story with a group of women via a webinar program. Meg Lupin also joined me and it reminded both of us how much fun it is to share Weston's story and personal messages with others. During the webinar, Weston had Meg tell me how much he enjoyed the goats and that not only did he want more animals but we were, in fact, going to be getting more. I was quite surprised when we got a new puppy, Augie, less than two weeks later. Weston and Augie seem to be getting along and I promise to take a picture of the two of them together just as soon as I can get them both to sit still!
