Motto:"Individually unique together Complete" Chi Psi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was chartered on June 12, 2005 in Coral Springs, FL.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by black college trained women, at Howard University, with over 200,000 members and over 900 chapters in the United States, the Bahamas, Japan, and Africa. Chi Psi Omega Chapter is committed to implementing the Global Leadership Through Timeless Service international program initiatives in the cities of Tamarac, North Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Margate and Parkland.

Today we celebrate 21 years of purpose, perseverance, and sisterhood. 🩷💚 Chartered on June 12, 2005, Chi Psi Omega Chapter was founded by visionary women whose legacy continues to inspire and guide us. For 21 years, our chapter has remained committed to sisterhood, service, and uplifting our community. Last Saturday, Chi Psi Omega partnered with for National Laundry Day at Fresh and Clean Laundromat in Fort Lauderdale to support customers with free laundry supplies and coins to help cover their costs. We provided items such as bleach, detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, pods, and more to everyone in the laundromat, along with free snacks and drinks. We also assisted customers with operating the machines and offered hands-on help throughout their laundry experience.

Thank you to the community for your generous donations, and to The Beauty Initiative for partnering with our chapter again to support those in need. We were also grateful to be recognized at the 73rd SARC for the impact of our service.

The members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Chi Psi Omega Chapter in partnership with The Beauty Initiative, Inc. invite the community to support our Community Laundry Day Donation Drive in recognition of National Laundry Day.

We are collecting laundry detergent and laundry supplies to help families in need. A simple donation can make a big difference for someone in our community.
