The years passed, but we kept climbing 🤍

Behind every smile is a story the world never sees. Battles we never spoke of. Tears we wiped away in silence. Burdens we never asked to carry and moments when simply taking another step required every ounce of strength we had left.

As a mother, I couldn’t always make the road easier for my children. I couldn’t protect them from every storm and there are times I can barely carry my own burdens. But through it all, I never stopped reaching for their hands and I never stopped reaching for God.

We haven’t reached the top of the mountain. We’re still tired. We’re still carrying things we’re praying to be released from and there are days when we don’t know how we’re going to take the next step.

But we’re still here. Still holding on to one another. Still walking by faith, even when we cannot see what’s ahead.

Because the weight of what we’ve carried will never be greater than the God who carries us.

The years passed. We kept climbing and through it all, God never let go ✝️🤍

You can love someone deeply without becoming responsible for their journey. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do is stay beside them without carrying what life is asking them to learn🤍

We were never called to simply survive what tried to break us. We were called to turn what we survived into purpose.

To stand for those still finding their voice.
To protect the vulnerable.
To fight for justice.
To remind women and children that there is still hope after darkness.

We don’t walk alone. We walk with God before us, beside us, and behind us.

Called to serve. Called to protect. Called for a purpose greater than ourselves 🤍🕊️

Sometimes going quiet isn’t about disappearing. It’s about healing. There’s a difference between isolation that disconnects us and solitude that restores us. Even Jesus withdrew to pray, but he also returned. Sometimes the quiet season isn’t where you’re meant to stay. It’s where God prepares you for what comes next.

Some things happened to you that you never chose, never deserved and never could have controlled. The abandonment. The betrayal. The loss. The hurt that changed parts of you.

It wasn’t your fault.

You may still be healing from something you had no hand in breaking. Be gentle with yourself. You’re allowed to grieve what happened and release what was never yours to carry.

When the weight feels too heavy, remember the Father who heals. The one who sees every wound no one else can see. The one who stays when others leave. There is hope in his presence, rest in his arms and healing in surrendering what you cannot carry to him 🙏🏼

You don’t have to understand it all to place it in His hands.

You Didn’t Just Leave. You Chose You. 💜

To every domestic violence survivor:

Drop a purple heart if you chose yourself. 💜

If you walked away scared.
If you left with nothing.
If you had to rebuild your entire life.
If you still have days where the memories hurt.
If you are learning what peace feels like after surviving chaos.

Your story did not end when you left.

Leaving was the beginning of finding yourself again.

💜 You survived.
💜 You are rebuilding.
💜 You are still here.

And that matters more than you know 🫂✝️🙏🏼

Someone can love your softness, feel your absence and still be incapable of loving you safely. Healing changes when you stop measuring the connection by how deeply you mattered and start measuring it by how safe you felt.
