I want to start this out by first and foremost thanking EVERYONE for the tremendous support you’ve shown throughout this election. It certainly did NOT go unnoticed.

Although we didn’t get the result we wanted we now know that the challenge to APFA’s existence is now reality.

There is no time to place blame nor is there time to try to figure it out. The threat has always been real but now it’s officially internal. And the ONLY way to stop this is to continue to fight for APFA.

If we stop now we lose more than this election.

Don’t give up... Don’t ever give up....

As we wind down the last few hours of this election we will finally be able to move forward.

This election has highlighted the GIANT divide that still exists within APFA and its membership. There is one side that has vowed to protect and improve the current state of APFA and another side that has said any/everything is on the table.

Regardless of the outcome of today’s election I am confident that APFA is still a strong and viable union and that the internal strife that is purposely trying to destroy APFA will fail.

When I first got wind of the nominations I was unsure if I wanted to get dragged through the Facebook mud slinging that a MINORITY faction with an agenda have dreamed up. But as the election evolved and I spoke with more APFA members it became very evident that with the right leadership in place APFA could withstand the internal destruction already in place. And that helped fuel me to accept the nominations and run for National Treasurer. And no matter what the outcome is I will NEVER regret that decision.

I did this for APFA.

I did this for YOU.

As I have stated since the beginning, I just don’t care what the “haters” say or write or gossip. It’s more telling about them than anything else. The irony is you will NEVER see their names on a ballot. They could NEVER survive an election where they had to actually put themselves out there. They will NEVER be able to step up and make the personal sacrifices that going through an election require!

Let’s get across the finish line today with a win and a new approach that puts YOU first!

As this campaign winds down I just want to thank everyone for the AMAZING support so many of you have shown towards me as I try to help make APFA a union YOU can be proud of.

Ballots will be counted in 5 days but today is the LAST day to make sure your vote counts. And if you still have your ballot PLEASE take a moment and mail it TODAY!

Unions exist for a reason.

They fight for workers rights and they are tasked with making the work place a better place for their members.

No doubt APFA needed a win and today APFA scored a big win!

APFA challenged the company on its draconian and punitive sick policy and after a lengthy arbitration the arbitration board agreed with APFA and ordered MAJOR changes to company’s sick policy.

Labor doesn’t score many wins in today’s political climate but today was a WIN for organized labor!

Kudos to the entire team headed by Vice President Liz Geiss and her Regional Reps for a hard fought and well earned victory for APFA members!

With just two weeks to go until we decide the future direction of APFA if you have NOT already sent in your ballot NOW is the time!

We could NOT have two more contrasting "visions" of how best to steer APFA forward.

A vote for me says that you believe in APFA and you are tired of the antics, politics, and drama that plague and permeate the hallways of APFA. A vote for me says that you want someone who will turn the place upside down and who will STAND UP to the Board of Directors and STAND UP for YOU!

A vote for the 2020 slate and my opponent says you are willing to explore another union, are perfectly fine with the drama and games, and that you want status quo.

And most alarming, you are OK with the illegal editing of APFA materials and policy violations blatantly committed by my opponent and his slate.

Judging by the overwhelming scream for change it seems apparent that the status quo that my opponent and the 2020 New Vision slate promise to bring to APFA Headquarters are NOT what the membership wants.

This entire election process has been flawed from the get go. From the missing ballots in the first round to the omission of "vote for one" on 2 of the positions, to the recount and numbers changing, to the Presidential Debate illegal editing and policy violations, to the New Vision 2020 slate's candidate for Secretary KNEE DEEP in the National Ballot Committee affairs, this election has mirrored that of many of it's predecessors.

All of that has to stop!

And it STOPS with a vote for me as National Treasurer.

Ballots will be counted two weeks from today. If you have NOT submitted your ballot, NOW is the time. We must send a strong message to the Board of Directors and to the company that we do care and we are watching and do need and want REAL CHANGE at APFA.

If you have NOT received your ballot contact the APFA National Ballot Committee and get a duplicate mailed out TODAY!

Our futures LITERALLY depend on it.

By now you have most likely heard that the APFA National Ballot Committee has issued an official hotline regarding the policy violations that occurred when the 2020 slate edited and spliced copyrighted APFA material. The hotline was a waste of time and all it did was bolster one slate over all the other candidates.

This isn’t about debate performance or your choice of candidates.

This is about the process and how flawed it is. The National Ballot Committee gave it’s blessing to a slate to go ahead and then after many days and a ton of complaints and just a little research decided that, yes, indeed, there was a violation of policy.

The NBC request to take down the videos was just plain lame.

Is the membership supposed to “unsee” the video? What about the members who voted based on the illegal “spliced” video?

If you think this is wrong you need to contact APFA. Because the National Ballot Committee doesn’t see any issues. And the Board is actually upset that you even received a hotline. Their preferred candidates got away with one and are blaming everyone else. They are correct APFA made a mistake. And the mistake was totally in their favor and they seized it.

You have a voice and it’s just NOT your vote.

Let your elected and appointed leaders know how you feel.

Spending some time in ORD today. It's always a treat to go back to my "roots" and see some friends and colleagues from where it all started.

Only a few Flight Attendants I spoke with had NOT received their ballots. Ballots were mailed last week. If you do NOT receive a ballot by the end of the holiday weekend, please contact the National Ballot Committee at APFA HDQ.

Ballots for the National Officer runoff election are hitting your mailboxes this week and that can only mean one thing!

The Facebook beatings will re-commence!

It’s simply amazing how a few people with an agenda to destroy APFA will pull out all stops to discredit candidates in any way. Hardly any of the issues are now being discussed as Facebook gets all caught up in the drama that mirrors this union.

Just know I will fight as hard for you and everybody else when elected!

But for this election I will stick to the issues and there are many!

I am proud to announce that my new election website is up and running. It went live a few minutes ago!

I am all in on this and really feel I am the right candidate and right person at the right time!

We are running out of chances to get this right. The recent drama that dominated the Executive Committee meeting and spilled over into the hallways again can just not be tolerated anymore. No more looking the other way!
