Dear Brother Knights,

I would like to personally invite each of you to join us for our upcoming Council meeting on Thursday, September 17. Social hour starts at 5pm, the meal will be served at 6pm, and our meeting will begin at 7pm.

This will be an important evening for our Council as we formally install our new officers and begin the new fraternal year together. We will also be discussing some important business concerning the future of our Council building, and I strongly encourage everyone who is able to attend to be there and take part in that conversation.

Our building has been an important part of our Council and our community for many years, and decisions regarding its future deserve the input and involvement of our membership.

Before the meeting, we will be serving a meal as usual, and your spouses are warmly invited to join us for dinner. I hope this gives us an opportunity not only to conduct Council business, but also to spend some time together as friends, families, and Brother Knights.

Whether you attend regularly or haven�t been to a meeting in quite some time, I especially want you to know that you are welcome. I would truly enjoy seeing some familiar faces return and having as many of our Brothers together as possible as we begin this next chapter.

We are fortunate to have a strong Council, and its future depends on all of us remaining involved, sharing our ideas, and supporting one another.

I hope you and your spouse will join us on the 17th.

Brother Knights,

A quick update regarding our first council meeting of the new fraternal year.

Our Worthy District Deputy, George Sullivan, has scheduled his first District Meeting for tonight our originally scheduled council meeting, and our council has been invited to attend.

Because we had hoped to begin the year with a proper Installation of Officers, we are moving our council meeting to Thursday, September 17. This will allow us the opportunity to have our District officers present and give our newly elected officers the proper installation and recognition they deserve.

I think this will be a great way for us to come together, start the year on the right foot, and celebrate the Brothers who have stepped forward to serve our council.

Please help spread the word, and we hope to see a great turnout on September 17.
