📢 IMPORTANT CYS PAYMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE 📢

Fort Irwin Child & Youth Services (CYS) will be upgrading our payment system from July 8–28, 2026. During this period, all CYS payment processing will be unavailable.

🚫 No payments can be accepted between July 8–28, including:
• Online payments
• In-person payments
• Activity and program payments

⚠️ Youth Sports Camps & MST Field Trips
✅ Full payment must be received by Close of Business (COB) on July 7, 2026.
❌ Unpaid reservations after July 7 will be canceled.
📋 Canceled spots may be offered to families on the waitlist.

🏕️ CDC & SAC Summer Camp Families
✔️ Care will continue uninterrupted during the payment blackout period.
✔️ Fees will continue to accrue as normal.
✔️ Outstanding balances will be due beginning July 29, 2026, when the new system launches.
✔️ Late fees will be waived through August 5, 2026.

📅 Key Dates
• July 7 – Last day to make payments for MST Field Trips and Youth Sports Camps
• July 8–28 – Payment blackout period
• July 29 – New payment system launches; payment processing resumes
• August 5 – Late fee waiver period ends

📢 Fort Irwin FMWR Operating Hours Update 📢

Please review the updated operating hours for CYS and FMWR facilities during the upcoming Opportunity Leave period and holiday schedule.

✨ Highlights:
• All FMWR facilities are closed on Federal Holidays
• Cactus Corner CDC & School Age Center will operate 0600–1700 during Opportunity Leave (22–31 May)
• CDC Annex and SAC Annex will remain closed
(SAC Annex will be open 22 May 2026 for the last day of school)
• Youth Center Friday Teen Nights will be closed during Opportunity Leave
