Supporting the Soldiers of the 13th ACSC.

The 13th COSCOM Association was proud to support the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command’s 2026 Birthday Week events this week.

From providing shade and a place to recharge to handing out cold treats, our goal was simple: support the Soldiers and families of the 13th and help make the week a success.

For more than six decades, the 13th has built a proud legacy of service and sustainment. The Association is honored to continue supporting those serving today while keeping our veterans, history, and community connected.

Happy Birthday, 13th!

Service to the Soldier.

🍀An incredible evening celebrating the rich legacy of the "Lucky 13th"! 🎖️🍀

Last night, leadership from the 13th Armored Corps Sustainment Command (ACSC) and the 13th COSCOM Association came together to honor our unit’s storied history. We were privileged to sit down with members of the 13th COSCOM Hall of Fame, who stepped up to pass the torch to the next generation.

From sharing critical lessons learned and field-tested TTPs to telling the classic war stories that molded former "dipstick" LTs into adaptive, multi-functional logisticians—the wisdom in the room was unmatched. This is how we ensure our young leaders continue to provide rapid, responsive sustainment to America’s largest armored fighting force!

Thank you to everyone who joined us to honor our past and prepare our future.

A solemn morning honoring our past, followed by a proud look toward our future!

Today, Deputy Commanding Officer COL Restrepo and CSM Fonseca laid a wreath of yellow flowers at the memorial wall during our annual Rededication Ceremony, remembering the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving under the 13th banner. Their legacy serves as a constant reminder of the dedication required to answer the call in today’s ever-changing landscape.

To cap off the morning and officially kick off our birthday weekend, the team gathered at the 13th ACSC Chapel for the traditional cake cutting! Joined by COL Restrepo and CSM Fonseca, our youngest and oldest soldiers wielded the saber to cut the cake—symbolizing the passing of wisdom, tradition, and readiness across generations.

This sweet celebration marks the official countdown to next week’s unit competition, starting strong with a unit run bright and early Monday morning. Enjoy the weekend, team!

Tee Times & Timeless Traditions! ⛳️
What a way to kick off 13th COSCOM Association and 13th ACSC Unit Birthday Week!

Today, Thursday, September 24th, we launched our unit's celebrations on the fairway with our annual Golf Scramble—where precision met plenty of "I think I saw my ball go into those trees over there."

Whether our players were hitting birdies or spend-time searching through the rough for lost golf balls, today was all about bringing our service members—new and old—together in a true spirit of fellowship, camaraderie, and slightly questionable swings.

Thank you to everyone who brought their best game (and their best excuses) out to the greens today to honor our unit’s rich history!

Happy Birthday Week to the Unit!
