On March 29, 1973, combat and combat support units withdrew from South Vietnam. They returned home disguising their service, forever changed. It was their pain, activism and courage which shaped the resources and services our military members and families receive today.

In 2017, March 29 was declared a National Day of Recognition for these heroes. We remain endlessly appreciative and proud of our Vietnam War veterans and their dedicated service to our country.
