🐾 ADOPTION EVENT THIS WEEKEND! 🐾

Mark your calendars, animal lovers! Stay Wild Rescue is heading to Pet Supplies Plus this Saturday AND Sunday from 10 AM–3 PM, and we’re bringing some pretty special kitties along!

Meet some of the adorable faces hoping to find their forever homes:
🐾 Mae
🐾 Grumpy
🐾 D***y
🐾 Rue
🐾 Ozzy
🐾 Tank
🐾 Ben
🐾 Tuttie

These kitties are ready for their next chapter, and maybe one of them is the missing piece your family has been looking for!

Come meet them, fall in love, and help us turn shelter stories into happy-ever-afters! Even if you aren’t looking to adopt, stop by to say hello, spread the word, and show your support for rescue. Every share, every conversation, and every adoption makes a difference!

After careful consideration, several staff meetings (held without boards knowledge), and extensive observation, our boys have determined that Cassie is suffering from a severe case of KENNEL STRESS.

Jett, our longest resident foster, has seen some things. He's watched the animals come and go, listened to the humans say “we're full” approximately 947 times, and witnessed the mysterious phenomenon of somehow ALWAYS finding room for one more.

Archie, our newest arrival, has been here approximately five minutes and has already figured out that something is VERY wrong with management. 🤣

His recommendation? Rehome Cassie immediately.

(The board quickly stepped in and voted NO and tried to stop their posting but it was to late. These two really came together to prove their case!)

These two boys have been at Stay Wild since they were just tiny, days-old babies. They’ve grown up within the walls of the shelter, watching their siblings get adopted one by one until, suddenly, it was just the two of them left.

Meet D***y and Grumpy. 🖤🤍

Through no fault of their own, these boys have missed out on so many of the things every kitten deserves. They haven’t gotten to experience the excitement of exploring a forever home, curling up on the couch with their people, or growing up knowing what it feels like to truly belong to a family.

They know the shelter. They know us. They know their little routine. But they deserve SO MUCH MORE than a life spent waiting for someone to choose them.

We love these boys, but a shelter is no place to spend your entire childhood. They deserve room to grow, new adventures, cozy naps, and a family to call their own.

Could you be the person who finally changes their story?

Please consider adopting D***y and Grumpy! They don't have to be adopted together, but wouldn't it be wonderful if they could find a home together?
