How can you help Shine A Light Together= SALT? Snacks and Men's Casual Clothing are our greatest needs at this time!

Here are some snacks ideas:
- Chips
- Microwave Popcorn
- Peanut Butter Crackers
- Goldfish
- Cheez Itz
- Fruit Snacks
- Sandwich or Snack Ziplock bags

Clothing ideas:
- T-shirts - all sizes
- Jeans - size 30-38 (most needed)
- Shorts
- Short Socks
- Boxer Briefs

We recommend that you look in your closets and bring clean used items.

Thank you First United Methodist Church of Fort Dodge for hosting this important conversation on the difficult and complex topic of homelessness.

We at the SALT Center understand that there are many barriers people face when a person experiences homelessness. This includes substance use disorders (addiction), mental health concerns, trauma and even challenging family dynamics.

Let's keep talking about these challenging topics so that we might better understand one another and heal our community!
