🪓 Meet Elkhorn Creek Fall Forestry Crew 🪓 They completed 25 acres and 274 slash piles in 10 project weeks! Their work at Ben Delatour Scout Ranch is vital to improving watershed health, protect nearby communities, and safeguard water resources within the watershed, while building sawyer capacity for our region.

Introducing the Windy Gap Crew 💨
This crew is serving 19 weeks on two Colorado Strategic Wildfire Action Program (COSWAP) projects.

The crew started with 6 weeks near Estes Park, building over 50 slash piles and felling nearly 10 acres 💪🏼 They’re finishing up their season, felling and hauling material to reduce extreme wildfire behavior in a priority treatment area near Red Feather Lakes 🔥

👋🏽 Say hello to our summer trails crew 👋🏻
This crew just finished their 4th of 8 project weeks!
They’ve cleaned raceways at Bellevue Watson Fish Hatchery, maintained trails, installed steps and removed invasives at and are now building NEW trail with at Horsetooth Mountain Open Space.
