🏆🐥 We have our 2026 Fort Collins Rotary Duck Race winners!

After thousands of ducks made their way around the Lazy River, we’re excited to congratulate this year’s winning duck adopters:

🥇 1st Place: Jason Weber — $5,000
🥈 2nd Place: Julie Mowat — $3,000
🥉 3rd Place: Kerrie Luginbill — $1,000

Congratulations to our winners! 🎉

But as exciting as those prizes are, there’s an even bigger win we’re celebrating today…

💛 Together, we raised almost $71,000 for local nonprofits and community organizations!

That’s nearly $71,000 raised through our participating organizations to support important work happening right here in our community.

To everyone who adopted a duck, rallied supporters, sponsored the event, volunteered, partnered with us, or came out to cheer on the ducks today: THANK YOU!

The ducks have crossed the finish line, but the impact of this race is just beginning. 🦆💛

And they’re off! 🐥💦

The first heat of ducks officially hit the Lazy River at City Park Pool — and what a day it has been already!

But behind all those little yellow ducks is something much bigger: together, we’ve raised just over $70,000 for around 45 nonprofits and local organizations in our community. 💛

Every duck adopted represents someone choosing to support a local cause — and seeing thousands of them hit the water today makes that impact pretty incredible to watch.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who adopted ducks, shared the event, volunteered, sponsored, participated as a beneficiary, or helped make this year’s Fort Collins Rotary Duck Race possible.

Now… let’s race some ducks! 🦆🏁

Join us tomorrow, August 29 from 11 AM–2 PM at Fort Collins City Park Pool for the Fort Collins Rotary Duck Race.
