Now’s your chance to support local nonprofits, schools, youth programs, and community organizations while getting in on the fun. Every duck adoption helps raise money for important causes right here in Northern Colorado,and could even win cash prizes on race day.

The charitable needs of our community are great and every quarter the Rotary Club of Fort Collins will distribute Community Grants sponsored by our membership to very deserving non-profit service organizations in the local Fort Collins area. The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Community Grants Committee looks for innovative projects and services that respond to community issues, address local needs, are available to the community as a whole or large segment in need, and will improve community members lives. The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Community Grants Committee will review all Grant applications.

The Rotary Club of Fort Collins plans to award financial grants to deserving 501(c)(3) non-profit service organizations located in the Fort Collins area. For the Second Quarter of 2026, the category is “Youth.” Application Due Date is end of day Sunday May 24, 2026, and Grant awards will be made starting mid-June, 2026.

Is your nonprofit, school club, or community group looking for a fun and easy way to raise funds this summer? Beneficiary registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Fort Collins Rotary Duck Race on August 29th!

Here's how it works:
• Your organization signs up as a beneficiary, and when duck adoptions open on June 11th, your supporters can adopt ducks on your behalf for $25 each
• 80% of every adoption goes directly back to your organization
• On August 29th, the community will come together at City Park Pool in Fort Collins to watch the duck race happen live - the winners taking home up to $5,000 in cash prizes!

We have a Beneficiary Kick-Off Meeting on June 11th at 6 PM at The Group Real Estate (2803 Harmony Rd) to get started, meet the committee, and pick up everything you need to promote adoptions to your community. Register before then, and don't miss out!

A $3,000 Rotary Community Grant check was persented to Emily Zaynard, Executive Director of the Global Village Museum of Arts and Culture. The funds will be used to revitalize the Museum's International Musical Instrument Room and expand space into the John E. Robert’s Global Art Gallery. Updating the room and gallery will help to highlight the connections between international music and cultures, and make the space a vibrant hub for visitors' global exploration and enjoyment.
