The Arch Foundation was founded in 2017 by Heather Zoccali. Heather started The Arch Foundation after becoming caregiver to her son, Connor. Connor was struck by a hit and run driver while walking to school March 10, 2015, and continues to grow and learn life as a T12 paraplegic.
