Join RamEvents, APACC, and SAFE in continuing to celebrate and acknowledge APIDA & SWANA Heritage Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). We will be hosting Thenmozhi Soundararajan, a Dalit civil rights artist, organizer, and theorist. Soundararajan will be speaking about her book, “The Trauma of Caste: A Dalit Feminist Meditation on Survivorship, Healing, and Abolition,” leading an interactive workshop, and holding space for Q&A.

Thenmozhi Soundararajan is a Dalit civil rights artist, organizer, and theorist who has worked with hundreds of organizations to better understand the urgent issues of racial, caste, and gender equity. Working across disciplines, she is an innovative strategist and thinker who has built bridges between many communities around the world.
