Jason Humphrey (Hump) was a dedicated husband, father and friend. He lived a life of service to God, his country and his community. He served in the United States Marine Corps for six years achieving the rank of Sergeant. Following his service with the Marine Corps, he served 4 years in the Air Force Reserves and was in the Army National Guard for over 18 Years. He held several positions with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office, serving for 20 years. He was heavily involved with the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and had a genuine passion for helping veterans.

Jason was equally passionate about dogs, and he was accepted into our program a few short weeks before he was killed in a traffic accident. He was one of a kind and his life had a profound impact on everyone he met. He is deeply missed.

�It is hard to believe Jason died a year ago, February 21, 2024. With his sense of service and dedication we are excited to announce his namesake as part of our Spring cohort. We are grateful to breeders and Gold Star Family
