Today is the day! Follow along Cassie Delimont Brooks journey throughout the month of June! Cassie will be rucking 50 miles, carrying 22 lbs in honor of the 22 veterans we lose to su***de every day. This fundraiser is raising funds for Healing Warriors Program in honor of SSgt Neil Brooks and the ongoing tragedy of veteran su***de.

Meet Operations/Financial Coordinator, Jessica Rogers! Jessica began her journey of service in the United States Air Force, where she served as a 3F0 (Human Resources and Administration) for seven years before settling in Colorado. She is currently pursuing a degree in Integrative Health Professions, with a focus on Health and Wellness Coaching. You can find her in any room due to her infectious positive energy and smile. She looks forward to supporting veterans and their families on their healing journeys. 💛

This May, our supporter of the month shoutout is for the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. HWP is lucky enough to be a SSG Fox Su***de Prevention Grant recipient. The number of veterans and their families that we have been able to reach through our expanded su***de prevention efforts due to this grant is astronomical. Thank you VA and SSG Fox Grant! This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten.

At Healing Warriors Program, we are grateful for those who served and for the families who continue to carry their legacy forward. Today, we remember the fallen, honor their courage, and stand beside the Veterans, service members, and loved ones who continue the mission every day.

May we never take their sacrifice for granted.
