Founded in 2012 by Executive Director Jephta Bernstein, Off the Hook Arts (OtHA) is a thriving nonprofit that enriches children’s lives through free music lessons and free instruments while enhancing the diversity of music performances available in our community through intimate concerts of classical, jazz, and world music.
