Team 2018 had an amazing and blessed week in Honduras! 16 people from Colorado, Oklahoma, and two Hondurans, combined with the staff at JPC Youth for Christ Honduras and several volunteer translators, accomplished so much together. Every person gave 110% at all times, whether it was visiting schools, giving dance performances or lessons, acting in skits, teaching baseball, giving testimonies, installing water filters, praying with village families, playing with kids, communicating without understanding Spanish, zip-lining in a thunderstorm, brushing teeth with bottled water, having occasional bouts of travelers sickness, enduring leg cramps from loss of electrolytes, eating new foods, showing in cold water, being away from family and not having access to phones or Wi-Fi. The Flood the Nations leadership team is so proud of this group and thankful to God for bringing us all together.
