Thirty eight trees sold on our opening day! We still have a lot of really great trees, and the best prices in town - plus you can come see how great Scouting is!

Our tree lot is set up and ready, and we’ll be there from 10am until 6pm. Hope we see you sometime and we’re looking forward to being part of your holiday season!

Troop 83 partnered with Troops 96 and 188 to represent Scouting America in today's Independence Day parade in downtown Fort Collins. It was an honor to represent the flag of the United States as the color guard - thanks for turning out to see the parade! Happy Independence Day!

Troop 83 had another great weekend up at Camp Jack and Curt Gowdy State Park in Wyoming. Very, very sunny, but we had a blast hiking to Hidden Falls, playing on the lake, and then enjoying a warm and windy day at our camp site! Come check us out!

Troop 83 had a fantastic Klondike Derby at the Wapiti Klondike, held at Golden Gate State Park this year. The boy Troop, competing in the highest-age-level bracket, took second place in the District, and the girl Troop competing in the middle-age-bracket, took first place!

Most importantly, they made a bunch of new friends (including a new honorary Artemis from Troop 18 in Greeley!), made some good food, and had a gorgeous weekend up in the snow!

Huge props to Wapiti District, and all their Troops who ran the cities - it was an incredibly well put together Klondike, and we had a blast! Thank you all for your hard work!

Just a few pics from our January campout up at Camp Patiya. Fifty frost points were on order, meaning we're halfway to our Polar Bear award and it's not even Klondike season yet!

Who knows what the next 115 years will bring! Troop 83, which has been there for a good chunk of it, will be there to find out, though!
