Thank you so much to everyone who attended and helped out at the ergathon today. Special thanks to Genesis Health Clubs Miramont North for the generous use of your space and your help in promotion!

All the teams were amazing and we had athletes spanning 60 years in age! 26.4 miles on an erg is a LOT tougher than it sounds!
