India Association of Northern Colorado

India Association of Northern Colorado Goals

The goal of this organization is to promote Asian Indian culture, social and spiritual activities in the community.

Membership in this organization is open to people from all walks of life who are interested in Indian culture. The Northern Colorado Indian Community

Indian community is one of the most affluent minority communities in the U.S. In northern Colorado there are several hundred families that have their origin in South Asia. There are similar numbers of students. A number of these people have lived in

northern Colorado for decades and work in high ranked positions in government and private companies. Our members include very vibrant hi-tech professionals from IT and leading technology companies of the region. Also, we have members running businesses in hospitality industry across Front Range as well as throughout US. Northern Colorado Indian community has about 200 families, majority of whom are highly educated and are employed with Colorado State University, or employed in high technology jobs with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent technologies, LSI Logic or in the Medical profession. A good percentage of these individuals have been living in Northern Colorado for over a decade and hold responsible positions. Not only has the association extended its membership to individuals and families in Fort Collins but also boasts of members from Greeley, Loveland, Windsor and Cheyenne, Wyoming. We have individuals who have grownup in India, Singapore, Japan, England, Africa, SouthEast Asia, USA which helps us to be a very culturally rich, diverse association.
