A series of live conversations created to learn directly from voices across Hip-Hop culture, connecting generations, communities and perspectives from across the country and around the world. 🌎

You’ve seen the main poster. Now here’s what’s actually going down on the floor. 👀

For our 10TH ANNUAL, we wanted to go bigger than just a bigger prize bag. We wanted battles that test adaptability, individuality, teamwork, strategy, and the ability to survive the unexpected.

💰 $4,450 TOTAL BATTLE PURSE
🥊 Breaking: $2,500 / $500
⚡ Open-Styles: $1,000 / $250
🌀 Breaking Generation Cypher: $100
🆕 Open-Styles Generation Cypher: $100

And because these are NOT your standard battle formats, we made the explanations. 😂➡️ SWIPE THROUGH.

🥊 BREAKING: TOP 16 YOUTH + TOP 16 ADULT

Separate prelims first. Then the names go into the mix for surprise 2v2 pairings.

Here’s the twist: after every battle, the winning team selects ONE dancer from the losing team to continue with them.

2v2 → 3v3 → 4v4 → 5v5 FINALS

Your opponent could become your teammate. 👀

⚡ OPEN-STYLES: LAST MAN STANDING

Top 16 advance, the bracket splits, and dancers have to work together to eliminate the other side. Then the winners get REMIXED.

4v4 → 2v2 → 1v1

Work together. Survive individually.

🌀 GENERATION CYPHERS

For Vol. 10, we’re bringing generations together in BOTH Breaking and Open-Styles, with Open-Styles Generation Cyphers NEW this year.

17 & UNDER | 18–29 | 30+

Each generation gets its own cypher. Judges secretly select one winner from each, then those three battle for the Generation Champion title.

What started as an idea to create more space for Hip-Hop, dance, culture, competition, and community in Fort Collins has grown into FOCO FLAVA VOL. 10.

Tomorrow, Fort Collins becomes the meeting point for funk styles, open styles, cyphers, music, legacy, and community.
