Due to the Government shut down ACS will have limit services. We will remain open with the following services available: AER and Victim Advocate services will be available during the government shut down. You can seek AER services via our online portal at

Apply for grants and zero-interest loans using AER’s online portal. The new feature allows Soldiers, retired Soldiers and Army Families the ability to request assistance from anywhere in the world and, if approved, receive funds via ACH, PayPal or Zelle.
