TOWN OF SPRING VALLEY VOTED and APPROVED THEIR ORDINANCE FOR ATV/UTV ROUTES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF SPRING VALLEY !!!

Hello all followers! Especially the Town of Fulton Residents. We are going to address the Town Board on Tuesday December 9th meeting at 6 p.m. If you live in the Town of Fulton we hope you can make it to the meeting and speak at the citizens comments about your dissatisfaction with the Town for NOT petitioning the County for the County roads as they were suppose to. We really need your support at the meeting, so please add to you calendar and make an appearance!

Woohoo! Just got the word that the Town of Milton road routes are now OPEN! Please make sure you read the ordinance, know the rules and ride safe and respectfully. I have updated the Polaris ride command app but that usually takes 24 hours to update.

Public announcement. Although it looks like the signs are up in the Town of Milton they are NOT open yet. I've reached out to the town to see what the holdup is but have not heard back yet. It's getting close so please be patient. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

This is a tragic accident, and my deepest condolences go out to the family of the deceased. While unfortunate incidents can occur, it is a solemn reminder of the importance of adhering to safety rules and ordinances. Safety remains our top priority, and I cannot stress enough how crucial it is for everyone to ride responsibly. Please, stay safe.

So, all of the Town of Fulton roads are open as of today!! All the TOWN roads, this does NOT include all the County roads. So Cty M, Cty F and Cty H are NOT open at this time. I know this causes a lot of confusion, and I have not gone out and driven the roads to see exactly what that all entails within certain areas like Indianford and Fulton but please use discretion while riding. If you have to question if something is open or not, then most likely it is not. I opened the roads in the Polaris Ride command app, but that takes 24 hours to update. Even still, I enter all those roads into the map and I have not driven around so please do NOT think of it as the holy grail, just because the app says it's open, does NOT mean that it is. I'm only human and make mistakes. If you notice something incorrect please let me know. I know it does show Indianford and Fulton as closed with the County roads because they pass through there, but as of right now I am not 100% sure of their status, so I left them closed. Thank you for all your patience and hopefully we will get those county roads opened up soon!

Good Morning everyone, and Happy Monday. To start off the week I would like to address a few things that I have been made aware of over the past couple of weeks.
1) I know it’s getting close to the Town of Fulton to be open, but I must remind you that it is NOT open yet. Unless you get official word from either us (the Club) or the Town Board, please refrain from riding until that time.
2) Please read the ordinance for the Municipality that you are riding in. Doing so will keep everyone safe and keep you from getting a ticket. I will repost Fulton’s ordinance below but just to highlight a couple of things for everyone.
a) Registration.
All ATV/UTV vehicles operated within the Town of Fulton on designated
routes are required to have State of Wisconsin registration as issued by
the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. Display of such registration is important. Stickers need to be placed according to DNR rules along with a license plate mounted to the rear.
b) If born after January 1, 1988, all ATV/UTV operators shall hold
a valid safety certificate issued by the DNR, another state or a province
of Canada.
3) Numbered highways are State highways, not Town or County Roads. State Highways are NOT open for ATV/UTV use. Doing so IS illegal and will get you ticketed.
4) The Town of Milton has not even begun to get their signs installed yet, so again, please be patient. Hopefully within the next 3-4 weeks that will get completed. Again, wait to get official notice from either us or the Town Board before riding.
Nobody is more anxious to ride than us. We have working on this for over 5 years now, so please everyone follow the rules and be patient. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me. Remember, riding the roads is a privilege, not a right, and can be taken away from us at any time. Along with he many hours of work put into getting the roads open the is a huge cost involved. In order to get the roads open, the club have made agreements with each Town to cover the cost of signs and installation, and at a cost of $6,000 to $9,000 per Town, we’d really hate to have wasted all that time and money invested.

I see signs are starting to go up, exciting!!! And yes, the time are incorrect. BUT remember the roads are NOT open until ALL the signs are put in place and we receive official notification that they are complete. So please be patient and WAIT until that time. When it is i will post it and update the Polaris Ride Command app. It usually takes 24 hours for that to update, so if it shows closed, it's closed.
