We also have a full day of fun activities planned:
🪑 Chair Exercises: 9:00–10:00 AM
🎨 Painting Class: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
🎉 Bingo: 12:30–1:30 PM

Start your morning strong with Chair Exercises from 9–10 AM—perfect for getting moving, meeting new friends, and giving your body a little extra love.

Feeling hungry? Our fresh Salad Bar opens at 11 AM, followed by a delicious lunch featuring Chicken Parmesan & noodles, garlic bread, veggies, and dessert.
60 & up: a suggested donation of $5.00. Ages 59 & under: $8.00.

Start your morning strong with Chair Exercises from 9–10 AM 💪 Then get creative with Bill Walley during Paint Class from 9 AM–2 PM 🎨

Lunch today is a delicious one you won’t want to miss—Cashew Chicken, rice, egg rolls, plus dessert and our fresh salad bar! 🥗 Salad bar opens at 11, and lunch is served from 11:30–12:30.

Stick around after lunch for Bingo starting at 12:30—come win some great prizes! 🎉

🎵 We had a fantastic time with Rick & Brad on Tuesday. Thank you both for coming out to sing for us—we’re already looking forward to next time!
