Chili Cook-off contestants bring crockpot of chili at 10:00.

Blind judging at 11:00 by Forsyth Fire Department.

Public sampling and voting for People's Choice starting around 11:30

Butter making contest - registration at 1:00 - ages 8-13

Now is the time to rent a planter bed for the 2027 season at the community senior friendship garden, located next to the Forsyth farmers market. From October 15 thru November 21 you can pick up a rental form and rules at the senior thrift store located behind the subway on the lower level of the white river plaza. The cost for the 2027 season is $40.00 per planter bed. To see the size of the beds available come to the garden on Saturday’s 8:00 to 2:00. Return the signed form with payment to the senior thrift store by November 21st. If you have any questions please text Marsha at 417-545-1789
